This person is likely very new and didn't experience the flavr saga first hand. I still wonder though:
Why do people make sakana out to be some sort of micro-managing, anxiety ridden, high stress, cartoon character of a CEO? I mean i know he looks like a cartoon fish but they understand he's just a dumb chink right?

I'm guessing it's people combining the "exasperated fish discord posting" images and the few actual times he's put his foot down like with the Rekieta collab(which is still unclear, at least to me, whether he had incredible powers of foresight or just had a random fit about it) and then letting their imagination run wild.
I backread FlaVR stuff a few months ago, and i don't even recall any notable Sakana reaction. Unless you want to count him sending Pippa a fake graduation notice a few months later as one.

Tbh talents reinforce this from time to time, like Lia of all people recently gushing about Sakana organizing shit in their concert trip.

But yeah one of the main reasons i was excited about Dizzy's radio-show was a promise of behind-the-scenes interviews, which i, perhaps foolishly, assumed would include staff members and we could finally hear an inner-Phase-workings perspective of someone who isn't Sakana. Doesn't seem like it's happening so far tho.

Its been a while but I remember people pestering other talents (because of course) to collab with Flavor and stuff like that and Tenma blowing up about it (because of course).

Pippa and Panko created a Gen shortly after the raccoon's debut, that's were Nana Banyana comes from.

This was right after the kenosha kid murderer got off scott free.. Balldo was the one presenting that trial to the world as a right leaning kyle supporter. To sakana, he was seen as the guy that stuck up for and celebrated the killing of all those poor black infants.
Much to nicks credit, he even offered to work out (and presumably honor?) a banned topic list. This is a huge deal to balldo, who suffers from oppositional defiant disorder. Sakana still wasn't going for it.

At the time, the blackballing of Nick was ridiculous because Balldo was still riding high and still actually doing legitimate law coverage to a huge audience, he had actual legitimacy. Both him and Pippa wanted to do a stream. The way Sakana handled it at the time was infuriating, but it just so happened to work out because Nicholas Cuckieta is a cuckold who lets other men fuck his wife in Jamaican Swing Resorts while wearing the Balldo. It was indeed a bullet dodged, but it happened to work out that way via chance, not Sakana having a mindread time-traveling superpower to predict his downfall.

As I recall, there may have been issues with Ethan Ralph at the time trying to stir shit up behind the scenes, given Pippa's prior ragging, and Nick's then-current ragging of Ralph. Fishman may have wanted to avoid causing any more trouble for Phase and the other talents, so he nixed a possible Rackets/Pippa collab.
