From what i gathered from a couple of old clips, she's already had some severe personal/mental issues and was more or less on a guerilla schedule last year, once she got in Phase she streamed regularly for a couple of months, then took a 2-week break due to getting severely sick, a-a-and never returned to a proper stream schedule again.

That would explain her lack of growth. Not streaming regularly massively reduces CCV.
