i think it's an aesthetic thing to her.

I thought she's explained her dislike of sci-fi before, but I can't remember. I would say sci-fi, at least the kind of sci-fi most people think of, is definitely more male appealing. Yeah, some women are into it, but it's mainly a male dominated genre, or at least sub-genre. Outside of that, you'd think she'd be into it because of space navy stuff, and her interest in ships.

I don't think I can pull those hours at all anymore. It's been a couple years now since and and the closest to that was 2 and a half days one new years and the days afterwards.

a little over 24 hours but less than 30. I can't remember exactly, but full work shift led into familial disaster situation led into another work shift with overtime. Wouldn't do it again.

Don't know exactly, but it was over 100. Sometime in my teens at a long LAN party. Good times.

For me, once I reached a certain point, there's a wall you can break through; once you break through that wall, you are no longer sleepy, and can stay awake indefinitely, in this odd zoned-out state - so long as you don't rest your head, then you're out for who knows how long.
