I've only heard of this in passing, is this one of those overreaching laws like Australia has that attempts to curb child abuse material, but actually makes it illegal to take a photo of your 26-year-old wife because she's flat-chested?

From what I understand tje law island to prevent the creation of AI generated CSAM but the wording is extremely broad and effectively makes anime illegal

From my understanding the language used in it has been struck down by SCOTUS before, but who knows if they'd rule the same as before.
