Those two stories are about finding yourself in a different world in a monster's body, and that's very different to finding yourself in a girl's body when you're a guy, or vice versa. Finding yourself as a different gender when you go to another world is as a trans fantasy. The character isn't going to suffer from body dysmophoria or mental issues, they're not going to look ugly, they're not going to be socially ridiculed or ostracized for acting and behaving like a male or a female when they're not supposed to, they're not going to have to do shit like dilate or have a permanent open wound that smells like shit. It's the trans version of a power fantasy.
