I think the Sonichu demon is not something you can sic on other people. It's an evil entity that possesses people who let it into their own lives. I really think that this ritual, a Piptual if you will, is only going to backfire on the person doing this.
Then again, it's hard to tell whether just the Sonichu effigy is enough to bring misfortune or if a medallion and wearing it is required.
