I've seen most people just say they're incompetent, saying they're trying to push out capipis is just going the extra step in saying it's intentional. My thought just went to the owner trying to get into Pippa's DMs, and just assume it's grooming tactics, mainly because it's Minecraft and Pokemon and groomers sit around that shit like no other.
