I meant I still haven't recieved my Phase coffee yet. I just use a regular electric coffee maker usually or keurig if I'm in a rush, I had a really good ceramic french press but it disappeared in a move. Thanks for the suggestion I'll check it out

Yes, a lot. Depends on noooombas and specific contracts, how much it's upsetting managers/other talents, and other variables we are likely not aware of, determines what's allowed.
