My objectively correct opinions:
Gram Pico: Squeaky loli. Her interest in geology is interesting though. Might make for a break from the usual content if she can weave that into her streams. But a squeaky loli could talk about the most interesting thing in the world and I still wouldn't want to listen to it for two or three hours.
Ayase Yuu: Like her voice and I like her interest in FPSes. Yes, the ones she mentioned are pleb tier, but hopefully she'll be prodded to play something more classic at some point. I like the city lights aesthetics of her stream assets.
Kokoromo Memory: Ironically I keep forgetting her name. Another squeaky loli. The bra size song was pretty funny though.
Kaminari Clara: By far the easiest for me to understand - I guess she, like me, is working from a much more limited bin of vocabulary words than the native speakers. I liked that she expressed an interest in Showa-era music, which I like as well, and her singing talents cannot be denied. I really hope she sticks to streaming primarily in JP because her streams could be a good way for shitty lower-intermediate JSLs like me to get some reps in. It might be a pleb choice but I gotta say she's my oshi of this gen so far.
Kannagi Loki: I really liked the quirkily surreal and dark themes of her stream - Tim Burton-esque. If she is able to do that sort of thing in her live content too it could be a lot of fun to watch. And she of course was also a great singer.
My biases against squeaky lolis aside, this is a very solid crew and it's really hard to imagine Sakana could have gone about promoting their launch any better. Let's hope the JP bros bite this bait and get hooked on our favorite coffee company. They're set up for massive success, if only they can catch on.
Murray translation: "She likes black things"
It's so fucking over.
Did I really translate it as "black?" Obviously I meant to say "dark." My bad - trying to listen in one language while speaking in another is a little tricky.
Hey
@Murrayしないで amateur move not to wear a diaper
I love streaming but not so much that I will sit in my own hot damp urine for it. Besides, I took a piss break during a time when there were on-screen subtitles so nobody suffered.
Wow that was a thoroughly OK pop-rock song. Felt like the lead guitar wanted this to go like 150% harder but got held back
Her artwork had her playing a guitar but I didn't catch if she played for that song too, or if she just sang. Did anyone else catch if that was mentioned?
