Like, no, this isn't a "Fishman's only keeping her because he needs a Japan guide", she very much earns her keep.

I don't know about that, I mean....She was supposed to be the "bridge" between Phase EN & Phase JP and she did absolutely nothing in that regard.

Not a fan of Hime but she has arguably helped Kaleido members more than Clara, not to mention that at this rate she'll soon speak Japanese better than her.

Pico being a makeshift "A-chan" for Kaleido was also helpful. I was unaware of the JPs arrangement until I heard her say that Kevin let's them do whatever they want.

Clara no doubt does part of the translation duties when they do Japanese meetups, so that's something. Clara does really good viewing numbers, especially with karaoke, so she does get some viewers to see what other Phase JP members are doing, so that's something else too. I don't know what else you'd expect Clara to do in her situation to help "bridge" the two parts of the company that she isn't doing already.
