I'd agree on those two.
Eimi has a weird ESL accent/lisp that Mugi doesn't have, it's fairly apparent in the short she did with Muyu and I also don't see someone of Mugi's proclivities being Panko's 'favorite gen 3 that she wants to collab with the most' somehow.
Hina has a horrendous audio set up and every time she opens her mouth there is accompanying static noise. I wouldn't be surprised if she was a total amateur.

I'm really liking Hina so far. The "sexy but extremely emotional and self-conscious"-type is pretty nice. We'll see how that extends to her as a proper sadgirl, but I'm enjoying what she's put out.
