Ok what i see here is once again, corporate and talents are on two different channels.
What i get is that talent wants to turn back things before their fuck ups and corporate is aware of the fuck ups but wants proper employees to handle this and is waiting.
My take is that Elira and Co are the most vocals and the ones reaching out to external talents to turn the tides back in a desperate attempt to keep their power, but management is currently hiring staff to properly man this shit, and while they get there they're leaving the talents do what they want under vigilance of a PR firm so they don't fuck up further.

The writing is on the wall my friends, Management is gonna clean up this shit and Elira is doing whatever she can before she is banished or at least nerfed.

They probably can. People have short memories, and Selen's statement doesn't have anything they need to respond to; unsubstantiated nonspecific bullying allegations are something you can shrug off just as Hololive did with Rushia.
Prior to that liver video I would've said the best thing for Niji to do would be a general vague apology and a promise that they would take allegations seriously, investigate internally and take appropriate action, ask viewers to understand that this will be private, "we'll work hard to win back your trust". Now, though, IDK. Unless they're willing to renounce that video and fire everyone involved, I think shutting up and gradually returning to streaming as normal may be their least bad way forward.

Are they really? Well "they", since considering many users here still frequent both sites it would be more appropriate to say "we". I seriously doubt it, I can at most see people wanting it to be true for the sweet drama it would create or speculating on its veracity. If homeland-only users DO believe it at face value then I seriously worry for what the KF thread has become...

from the way I see it, KF has become too one sided on a lot of things that I have lost my trust in that site. Must be because of other users migrating here because of The Horned Rat and co wanting to shut that place down, leaving it too unstable to function as a website.
