Amrcha1r will be streaming on Nexas in about half an hour. I really like this guy's streams - he has a lot of the same opinions as me but he's significantly smarter and seems to have infinite time to do significant research into his topics. His streams typically last five hours or more so we'll have plenty of content.

Aside from all the past stuff we already knew, Armcha1r uncovered that the CEOs of Nexas and AniLive had a business link in the past (if I recall correctly, the AniLive guy had been an angel investor on one of the Nexas guy's projects or something like that - I can't recall the details and Armcha1r hasn't timestamped his video yet) and he speculated that AniLive was being run less as an agency interested in the well-being of talents and more as a way to get a bunch of streamers to stress test AniLive. That's probably not much a surprise to anyone here since I'm sure most of us suspected there was something fishy between the two companies but now we have at least a little bit more circumstantial evidence of that being the case.

My own translation of the title is "The story of how an English vtuber ('V-liver') agency failed in one year." There's no way my ass can translate the whole thing, though. However Armcha1r (presumably working from a machine translation since I'm pretty sure his nihongo is no more jyouzu than mine) posted a summary on Twitter:

17live talents actually successfully expanded to Tiktoklive (frz- as if there's any money on tiktok). Harry couldn't use his "past talent and experience" here due to stubborness of Anilive CEO.
7. Growing young "livers" is useless, should have copied Brave and VShojo by buying existing one. Even hololive is doing it with Flow Glow, buying ex-AKB4 and popular youtubers.
8. Hololive is big in Japan but the real success story is Ironmouse and Filian, hololive has nothing on them.
9. Merryweather sucked Harry's dick and Harry also sucked his.
