I'm in the 13 or 15 camp, as well. The mascot, realistically, to reflect this place would be somewhere between Jessica Rabbit and the porn actress on the cover of the Blink-182 album "Enema of the State". (I really did not know that was the name of that album until I just looked it up. Seems really fitting suddenly.)
And, just to carry the theme a bit further, probably should have tanned skinned. Since "Livin' La Vida Loca" might as well be the theme song around here.

I'm picking 13. Though I can see why folks really like 15's designs.
Personally, I chose 13 because I don't really like twintails. That said, 13's design with elements of 15 (bandaged arms and legs, blood splatter, nurse hat that 13's design lacks) should work, at least in my head.

I like number 5. She fits the asylum theme well as an inmate/patient, especially if she's larping as a nurse (kind of a meta joke too for vtubers if you think about it). I find the body shape of 15 appealing, but I think a cute endearing mascot is better for us. 5 has personality.
