Packing and shipping merch by hand is really the best option for a small indie like Hexa. If she's not doing the work she's paying someone else to do it, and she doesn't have the advantage of being able to get any sort of discounts for her small order size.

Now, make sure she knows it's you by writing a note in your purchase, or DMing her with your purchase details. That way she can write a card with some hearts on it or something to go with your purchase.
