To be very fair to Clara, she's a model rigger, right? I imagine that she, at the very least, has an interest in the technical aspects of vtubing.
Now, whether she watches vtubers is another thing entirely. Has she ever mentioned having an oshi, or even a vtuber she enjoys watching? I did watch Clara a bit when she first joined Phase, but I don't recall her talking about that sort of thing.
