He relies a lot on unpaid labor, aka mods, like, you don't have to pay all the mods, but the head ones, you should, they're part of the company face and being unpaid is unprofessional.

The gens(besides origins and invaders) are very disjointed, they rarely collab or talk between themselves and until recently phase ignored a lot of phase JP.

Sakana also relies on the talents to do a lot of the hardwork inside the company.

For me Sakana sounds like one of those people that bited off more than he can chew. He doesn't know how to properly handle a company that grew up so much like his on the last few years.

TBH, I don't wanna see Phase failing and I wanna see growing even more but my logical and small management brain see's a lot of problems on it that could turn it into a black company or crash it in a span of an year due to poor planning

If people who're specifically looking for "based" vtubers feel grifted by Phase that's entirely on them for taking oversimplified second-hand summaries of the talents' personalities at face value rather than actually watching the streams and forming opinions for themselves. Shitposting aside yeah he's done some pretty retarded shit but when it's clear that it isn't right he corrects it, so far at least. It might not be perfect but he does give a shit and knows how to run a business something that in this industry is like having cheatcodes. Something that I think works in his favor that we might not agree on is the fact he tries to put the girls to work on things instead of hiring some rando to deliver. The girls get an extra paycheck and also help the company, giving them a bit more of an incentive to stick around.
