Presumably this is because Macau is not a real country, just a Chinese territory, but I can't be convinced that the graphic referring to Taiwan as a country didn't play a part into it being taken down and re-edited as well.
Gyaru is a style, yes, but it's basically just a sexual availability signal. Because of the nature of the tattoo taboo in Japan (for obvious reasons), Women there can't do the more normal signaling you see other places. It's a means to an end for attention.
Gyaru isn't, "just a sexual availability signal", that's so dumb. It's a movement rebelling against the strict school standards in Japan that's existed since the 80s. Don't know why you are a gyaru hater.
