Another Hololive-themed game going to be released next month. This one is Holoidle, which is an idle clicker game, if that sort of thing appeals to you.
They had a long time to chose another holo to put on the promotional material.
I mean, have her in the game still if you want, but why have a graduated talent flanking your logo?

It might be a case of Japanese corpo bureaucracy making a mistake and/or being slow to update. Remember that they once tried to erase Rushia from a concert banner but accidentally zapped Luna instead.

1-This is a fangame so the creator chooses what to do with their game and that includes the promo
2-Holo doesnt practice unpersoning unless its a termination

And even so Holos talked about Rushia years after her termination with no troubles
Personally, if I were the devs, I wouldn't put a recently-graduated member of Hololive in my promo materials purely because of the opspec, but I'm not them so...

I am talking about the developer and not the corpo and I don't think what I suggested amounts to unpersoning.
I just thought it was odd to have someone who graduated last month be a large part of the promo for a game coming out next month when there was sufficient time to pivot and there are plenty of other girls who could have been featured instead.

The game has gura in it, so using her for the promo is valid.
On that note, can devs still use graduated talents in their games? They obviously dont have to remove them when they leave, but i can't recall one ever being added afterwards.

There is nothing wrong with having graduates in a game, maybe the dev wanted to honor Gura or whatever, it's his choice not everything is about marketability.
