My theory is that A-chan was a lot closer to the talents while also having clout with senior leadership so she could directly raise concerns to get things changed/clear blockers. Without A-chan, good old corporate hierarchy sunk in and red tape stopped concerns being raised to the right level where things get fixed. Nodoka has neither the trust of the talents nor the sway with upper management. Now with Yagoo's "tea parties" it's an attempt to rekindle the previous structure but it's a band aid fix as Yagoo's role should running the company, not relationship mediation between talent and upper management.

- Continuing directly from Day 17 of Kiara and Liz finding a Skull fossil, Kiara works on making glass to add to the skull to make it full and complete (she's using the wiki as a reference, its The Largest Skull). Kiara also makes the area of the skull that its in look nice. The skull will be put up for the upcoming auction.
- Liz logs back online so Kiara can take a picture with Liz. She comes across a llama that's stuck in a boat. Kiara puts a sign that reads "wawapaca" next to the Llama.
- Iroha off stream while Kiara and Liz were streaming, was working on a secret maintenance room. She also notes the diamonds will be kept under strict management during the auction today.
- Nerissa logs onto the server in Advent's pool at the clubhouse. Today Nerissa will have a chill Minecraft stream. She'll be mining more quartz today. While in the nether she gets the Hot Tourist Destinations.
- Niko logins in the middle of a cave (Her goal today is to get 100 diamonds). Nerissa says hi and Niko greets back (in Minecraft chat). She's in the cave to look for diamonds. Where Niko is, there's a minecart rail system that she made. She climbs up the rail to get back home. Niko dug deep underground in her basement and made her own Mine system.
- Niko heads out to get food at Vivi's farm. She also goes to get some Iron to trade with the villagers.
- Nerissa nearly gets kileld by a ghast and lives. However she gets attacked by an Enderman and tries to run away, dying in the process. Shes' able to go back and reach her items thankfully. Nerissa messages Niko saying that it was scary but that she got her items back. Niko replies that Nerissa is GODDES!! SASUGA. They go back and forth for a bit.
- Nerissa goes back to the nether after putting away her quartz. She ends up falling into lava and suffers from zenloss. Back at the house, Nerissa asks about how to enchant items. She decides to work on building the clubhouse. To make room she moves her chests and items to the outside.
- Niko while exploring her own underground cave finds a lush cave. Niko also finds a skeleton in armor, she's able to beat it down.
- Calli logs into the server at Gigi's Village. She talks about her plans for the village. Kiara logs onto the server to show Calli the fossil she found. Nerissa also greets Calli in chat (shes busy working on her clubhouse. Niko responds Calli with God Morning. Kiara also types in chat for people to buy tickets to Calli's concert next week.
- Kiara meets with Calli at the village and takes her down Gigi's Mines. Calli notices that the mines have updated. First Kiara shows Callis the amethyst, and then shows the skull. Calli is amazed by this skulll. She really wants this skull, but Kiara says the greed overtook her and shes gonna get it at the auction. Kiara says she wants Calli to win it at the auction tonight. Calli will do her best. Before Kiara leaves she gives Calli some amethyst. Calli has a mission now to get diamonds.
- Meanwhile Nerissa asks Niko for Quartz, saying its senpai tax. Niko responds it with: leave it to me. Niko is also confused bout the senpai tax. Nerissa thanks Niko for the quartz and Niko says that she is Nerissa's pet. Nerissa responds with "nyan". The two meet up at Flow Glow's castle. They mention that they both have big boobs (they're the dekai oppai club). Niko shows Nerissa the stone mason cutters that she can use for quartz. Nerissa thanks Niko for the quartz.
- Calli learns about the Pale Garden biome and heads on over to cut the Pale Oak wood. She's also curious about the new enemy for the biome, The Creaking. Calli does go and replant a couple of trees at the biome. Calli while cutting wood finds a Creaking Heart and immediately breaks it without realizing it.
- Niko realizes that her pickaxe needs to be repaired. Chat tells her to go to TTT. Niko ask what TTT means (Tenku Trap Tower). She also ask where TTT is (its far from her, chat says its in Holo Europe (as she said out loud)). Niko arrives and is amazed by the place. She takes a look around the place. She takes a screenshot of her at Europa. Niko eventually reaches TTT. The monsters spawn and they scare her for a second. After Niko goes to TTT she heads back, and on the way she finds the Iron farm and some villager traders here. Its very aesthetically pleasing.
- Thanks to the quartz Nerissa is making good progress of the clubhouse. She then heads to the other Iron farms to get more iron. It takes a bit of chat's help but she gets to it. Nerissa eventually gets enchanting books to enchant her pickaxe. Nerissa is short on levels to enchant so she has to go to the EXP farm.
- Ao logs online. Niko says hello, and Ao responds with "ohayo little princess". Nerissa sees and also responds too. Calli also responds with "kami ohayo" aka God Morning. Shortly after by chance Pekora logs on and Nerissa responds with peko peko peko peko, which Pekora responds in the same way. Niko and Calli also say hi to Pekora.
- Niko back at her mine goes to replace her activator rails with powered rails. So she can actually use her minecart. She test her rails but they don't work (they're too far apart). Niko is able to fix them and get back into her mines. She realizes that she actually mined to Mio's fossil. Niko goes the other direction to avoid Mio's fossil (only to find what looks like Mio's mine).
- Kaela logs onto the server. Everyone online says hi to her. Kaela shows off the totem of undying that she got when she was at the Woodland Mansion. (she has 6 plus one in her hand so 7). Kaela is calling everyone a senpai today (Even non senpai). Kaela's stream plan for today is to walk back home. She's 15k blocks away so it'll be a long walk (Calli thought Kaela will be building but Kaela corrected her).
- Moona logs onto the server (Nerissa earlier messaged her after dying and suffering zenloss). Moona asks where Nerissa is. Moona arrives and bring Nerissa Pansu Breaker MK.2. Kaela asks Moona what about items for her? and Nerissa says that she and Moona have a special bond. The 3 of them chat and flirt, and then it starts raining (adds to the dramatics).
- Calli from the rails cuts the Cherry Blossom trees. She also flattens a bit of land. SHe'll be replanting them anyway. Calli thinks that this is a Sakura biome she's cutting in, but this is a normal forest biome. One of the ID girls planted the trees here. While cutting trees at night, Calli gets attacked by a witch. She runs away and disconnects (she wants to let night pass too). When its morning time, she goes back to chopping trees. She wants to plant sakura trees in the snow biome.
- Kaela wants to die to get the post mortem achievement. Kaela sends a message that she will meditate underwater. Its a slow meditation. Eventually Kaela gets the Post-Mortem achievement. Kaela shows the woodland mansion that she went to. Its not burnt down.
- The girls want to sleep to let night pass but because of Pekora Afking and multiple members don't have a bed on them, they cannot sleep. Nerissa and Moona who want to sleep both say they want to sleep in the same bed (To summarize).
- Calli while cutting trees comes across a trader and llama. She gets the boat and the llama and trader both get in the boat. Calli takes the lead and brings the boat down to the town area. On the way she sees Moona whos digging some dirt by the mountainside. The two just pass by casually without really saying anything. The boat ends up stuck on the edge of a cliff and Calli decides to leave the boat there and go back to cutting trees. Calli then heads to Gigi's village and plants the potatoes and carrots she got from ID's area.
- Kaela while walking back home tells us about the stuff that she found on her journey. someone asked about Kaela's inventory and Kaela says that because she has no Shulker box she can't really do much about that. Kaela goes into the nether to make travelling faster. In the nether Kaela gets attacked by a ghast. She makes a path to carve through the nether. Kaela while travelling the nether finds a nether fortress with a blaze rod spawner.
- Calli heads up to her treehouse. Her plan is to replace the jungle plank wood with pink cherry blossom wood. She finally sees the signs that Flow Glow girls sent and she opens up Riona's gift. A creeper spawns at the top of Calli's house and enters downstairs. It ends up exploding and leaves a hole in the house. It also destroys all of Gigi's signs (the signs and gift from Flow Glow are still intact). She finally gets to work with the house. She replaces the first floor with Pale Oak wood. The 2nd floor gets pink wood.
- Niko finishes mining the diamonds. She leaves a sign and diamonds in front of Vivi's house. Vivi will take the diamonds that Niko mined for the auction. The chest has 2 stacks of diamonds.
- Thanks to the power of the nether, Kaela is able to reach her Blaze Rod farm. From the blaze rod farm Kaela can get back home.
Afternoon (JST) Hours:
- Gigi logs onto the server. Calli and Kaela sent messages to her.
- Niko prepares stuff for the auction. She gets an anvil and writes names on the water bottles.
- Gigi and Biboo start up their game, and they're confused by what Kaela is saying. They see that Calli is online and Gigi is saying that she can bug her. She saw that the village down below has flooded and tells Calli about it. Calli goes down and fixes up the flooding that occurred from the water elevator.
- Biboo says she'll help Gigi out with the village today. The main priority is to finish the railway. They need gold, so Biboo will teach her how to get gold through the nether. Biboo and Gigi meet up by the Takoyaki. From there they'll go to Gigi's village.
- Kaela finally makes it back home to the main server. The first thing she sees is the Holonium Tower by Koyori. She says it looks like the Hololive Office.
- Kalea sees her gift from Pekora, the Rib Armor trim. She spins around happily. Kaela thinks about putting the Armor trim for auction. Kaela wants to do something for Pekora since she did not expect her to give a gift. Kaela notes that since tonight she has a marvel rivals collab, she won't be able to join today's auction. Also Kaela doesn't want to join the auction until she has enough money to be able to afford and pay for the items. Kaela at her basement puts on the wither skeleton head.
- Gigi and Biboo enter Calli's treehouse. She's been busy constructing the house. Calli asks what theyre going to do today. The girls yearn for the mines. Gigi also mentions that while they do have an iron farm its broken right now. The girls then fill calli's chest with random items in her organized chests. Gigi then takes the girls to her Parkour Civilization. Calli has never seen it before. Calli says shes free to watch it next month. Biboo says thats a date. Biboo wants to invite Irys too cause shes a fan of the series too.
- Calli tells Biboo and Gigi about Kiara's skull. Calli has 9 diamonds for the auction. Biboo has 4 stacks of diamonds so she might win it at the auction instead. Calli regrets telling them about the skull for the auction. Gigi wants the skull for the auction. Biboo just wants Calli to spend all 9 of her diamonds. Gigi wants to promote tourism so they want to keep the skull here.
- Calli just wants to build her house in peace. But Gigi and Biboo have other plans for this (there's a lot of chaotic convos and mayhem that can't be explained in text and best seen on stream).
- Gigi shows Biboo her house and breeding home. Gigi offers a home for Biboo here but Biboo has a nice home already in the main area, so Gigi suggest making a summer vacation home instead.
- Biboo writes a sign saying that the Biboo nation demands all your money or invasion, thanks
. Gigi responds saying she only has potato. Biboo responds again saying they'll wait until they're rich enough before invasion. - Even if Kaela can't join the auction, she can still submit items for it. She makes an enchanting book for the auction.
Notes from the VOD:
- From the comments: Biboo and Gigi discovered a lush cave digging down, snagging Gigi's first axolotl. They got separated during their exploration and Biboo was in danger of drowning. She logged off, only logging on to quickly hit F3 to let her chat get her coordinates. Gigi manages to navigate to her area, setting doors and trying to block off the water. Biboo logged back in, only to find that Gigi misread the coordinates by a few blocks and Biboo drowned. Gigi saved all her items and put them in a chest while Biboo began her journey back to group up again. After reuniting, Biboo recovered her equipment, but now has developed fear again, since it was so long since she's actually died. They continue to dig and look for gold and diamonds, travelling between dripstone and lush cave spawns.
- From the comments: While exploring, they inadvertently found some skulk and skulk sensors, indicating the deepdark biome. By the time they realized what it was, the Warden was very close to starting a hunt as they ran off down the tunnels, managing to escape. They've decided to go check out the Deep Dark biome, placing beds and chests to store everything. They finally face the Warden for the first time, barely surviving due to a bat taking the sound aggro and getting blasted. Gigi proposed a plan; Chain aggro to dig past the Warden. The plan does not go well, as Gigi can't help but constantly make noise. They decided to try and kill the Warden, since he's stuck behind a wall, Gigi renaming their group, "Warden prog", stirring familiar feelings of an MMORPG raid group. This led to a successful Warden kill! They didn't clear the skulk sensors and had a round 2 with the Warden. After many deaths, they got a 2nd kill, and continue to clear out the sensors so they can explore again. They decided to return home, safely reaching the surface. Biboo rewards Gigi with an Ender chest and a pick with silk touch, and so ends their adventure.
Evening (JST) Hours:
- Riona starts writing some Soranium. She writes a little bit down and then went to mine and look for diamonds. She continues writing after finding more diamonds. Riona's story is about the time Sora was reincarnated into a Yankee. Her pen name is: Aho Lovely Works.
- Sora puts down the story that Raden wrote (Sora and Raden met up yesterday): The title is: Stomatitis. Circle name: Fuwatoro Tamago. Author: DenDen (the members are using pen names for these stories). Sora then puts down the story that Raden had written down previously (copy and pasted it from somewhere).
- Sora heads to Subaru's house. She shows off Akinium (this is the story that Raden wrote) to Subaru. Subaru says the writing style is similar to Kishibe Rodan's from Jojo.
- Azki logs on. She enters into Iroha's secret storage room (you enter with the water bucket key method). Its mainly gonna be where they'll keep diamonds related to the auction. She meets up with Iroha at the campsite area. Azki hears from Kiara bout the fossil that she's auctioning. Azki writes down in the chat about what will be happening today. There will be two events: The Marketplace at 21 JST and the auction itself at 22 JST
- Pekora prepares her cosplays of One Piece outfits for the auction. She also works to level up with her Armadillo EXP farm. This is for her to use the enchanting table and put random enchantments on the One Piece outfits. The EXP is also used to help name the pieces of armor too so people know what it is specifically.
- Sora begins to write the Mikonium story. Circle is Fuwatoro Tamago. Author: NunNun. Sora makes her's a more comedic story, about zenloss.
- Kanade to prepare heads to Kaela's Blaze Rod Farm. Its her first time being there. She describes it as amazing. She uses the chance to get both Blaze Rods and to mend her equipment.
- Iroha and Azki head down to their branch mine to expand the mines ready for the auction (And also to mine some diamonds for themselves).
- Lui logs on. She looks at the present she got outside. The first is from Niko who gave some mud bricks. They're in the shape of the heart and the bottom is stacked in a way to say a message. She sees a 2nd present from Miko, which has an Elytra and other goods. Along with a letter to Lui. Lui reads the letter. Lui then sees another gift of items from The End. She goes to collect all of the items. She takes screenshots of the gifts before removing the sign and chest.
- Kanade explores Marine's house and discovers her secret room of treasure. Kanade get surprised by this. She then goes to Subaru's house and sees the trap . She also sees Subaru's undergound mines. Subaru found an amethyst and dripstone cave it looks like. She then looks at Subaru's good including a gift she got from Su for Valentines. She then goes back home and makes herself an Ender Chest.
- Lui heads to Kanata's place and is confused with the books there (I think shes looking for Pekonium to finish writing it). She asks Subaru about it and Subaru explains what had happened. She then starts reading the different doujin books.
- Pekora makes a Shanks costume (I think another One Piece character). She then makes the Nami costume. She heads to where Lui is (Lui is at the Holonium tower) to show off her Shanks costume. It gets a laugh out of Lui.
- Subaru logs online and sees the sign that Watame left the other day with the wac-a-mole game that she made.
- Sora finally finishes the Book. She heads on over to Subaru's place. Sora tries to call for Subaru and find where she is. She gives the book to Subaru for her to read and get feedback.
- Azki and Iroha take a look at the items that will be put up for auction. These are items that people left in the Listings Bin next to the board. One of the items is a powerful enchanted WOODEN sword called Excalibur. Other items include a wither skull, a totem of undying (they're looking at the things that Kaela gave for the auction). Pekora then shows up in her One Piece costume. They ask if they recognize the Shanks outfit and they do not. Azki tells Pekora about how Kaela will be auctioning some items (essentially baiting her, saying she's auctioning the strongest item in the game).
- Polka logs online at Suisei's place. Suisei shows Polka barrels with all the different kinds of wood. The two also look at a lone dirt piece out by the sea. Next Suisei shows Polka her auto cow farm. Polka eventually meets up with Iroha, who shows Polka the items that Kaela will be auctioning today (Note a lot of the items Kaela has are scam items).
- Okayu and Chihaya are having a collab together. On the way to meeting up, Okayu discovers the wool farm that Moona made. She also finds the skeleton and spider farms. Okayu takes a look around the fountain area and sees how much has changed. Chihaya meets up with Okayu and sees that Okayu is dressed up as Luffy. The two hang out together, starting at Okayu's house. The two then partake in some fishing together. Azki walks by and sees the two on a fishing date together.
- Subaru goes to find the room where the Doujins will be sold. Just before entering Azki meets up with her. The two enter the Marketplace for the doujins. After She heads back to prepare. Subaru then meets up with Polka. Subaru makes a sign at the Holomarket room for one of the shelves (need full context for this). Subaru and Polka then roleplay like they're actually at Comiket. They realize they can put an item frame on the bookshelf and then have a book on it itself.
- Riona ended up drowning and suffering a zenloss. She lost not only her diamonds for the auction but the book that she had written too. Someone sent a SC to her saying they could tweet the book she wrote since they took screenshots (she would just have to re-copy it again but it wouldn't take as long).
- Kanade who was in the nether gathering quartz, fell into the lava, and suffered a zenloss. She cries out to the world for her loss. Her lost includes her elytra. Despite this, Kanade goes back into the nether. This time she has brought fire resistance potions with her.
- Vivi arrives at Azurio with her diamonds and the items she has for auction. She gives them to Azki (Two tear ghasts). Vivi also shows off her two tridents to Azki too.
- Fubuki logs onto the server, and does tree farming. She goes to meet up with Mio afterwards.
- Outside of Holomarket, Watame is doing some mining and Kanade is outside. Vivi meets with Kanade and she shows Kanade her trident elytra flying skills. She lets Kanade borrow the trident and elytra for her to try flying with riptide.
Holomarket Event:
- Holmarket and the Auction are going to have A LOT of members so I'll be missing out on any convos and fun details, mainly focusing on the big main picture (Mainly just gonna focus on a couple of povs audio wise). Please be advised.
- For the Holomarket (Which is essentially Comiket), there will be different circles (different groups of authors) who will be selligng their own books. Each Circle has their own bookshelf for them to display and put their books out for sale.
- The girls get some last minute preparations done for the HoloMarket. Iroha changes her Minecraft skin so she dressed like how she was in HoloX's Cops and Robbers event.
- Everyone is at the Holomarket now. They're all currently gathered at Subaru's circle. Sora is there to help sell the doujins at their Circle. The girls are also in group VCs to prevent the deafs of voices.
- Pekora is dressed up at Comiket in her tiger costume. Pekora discovers the Pekonium book.
- The members generally dispersed into smaller groups between the two rooms, with some talking to each other and others reading the books that they bought.
- For some members, since not enough books could be made, they'll offer vouchers and the books will be delivered later.
- Pekora reads out loud the Pekonium book for all to hear. Fubuki overhears and realizes how lewd they are and slowly walks away. The other members nearby all react to her reactions (Okayu, Subaru, Lui, Mio are listening in).
- Fubuki also asks Su about what Doujins she has bought. Due to the events of how lewd the doujins are, Fubuki runs away from HoloMarket. (Sora chased after her for a bit).
- The girls check out Miko's circle table as well. Noel makes a purchase there.
- Pekora reads the next part of the Pekonium. It gets interrupted due to a thunderstorm and the girls must sleep. Back to the story, as Pekora reads her Pekonium she wonders what the heck they were all writing about that could span 3 volumes.
- Mio reads out loud the subarium.
Auction Event:
- The auction is also getting prepared. Members like Vivi and Kiara submit their items at the last minute.
- Everyone gathers at the auction room and it begins. Azki explains how the auction will go and Iroha also gives the rules. Azki then gives a list of all the items that will be at the auction today.
- Sora is helping out with Raora in bidding and explaining what the items are.
- Kanade had a diamond at the auction (1 diamond). Kiara bought this for 2 diamonds.
- Kiara's rare skull was sold to Miko for Lui who will put it in the museum.
- The fun auction comes to it end, filled with fun items and lots of bidwars. Items will be distributed shortly. Everyone is going to go get their diamonds and items to give.
Late Evening (JST) Hours:
- Sora gives Kiara free trial read of the book she just made.
- Raora says that Sora can write a doujin and Raora will draw it for the thing that she wrote, like the cover.
- Kiara explains to Raora the Mikonium book that Sora had written earlier. Basically giving an english summary. Miko is overhearing this as she organizes her own books
- Kiara also explains to Raora about the book of Soranium (Where Sora is a yankee).
- Miko is getting and selling her doujins to the other members. Miko also reads out loud the doujins to Riona and Watame and Su (Miko reading the Subarium one she makes an impression of Subaru).
- Sora takes Raora over to her house. She shows Raora her bed, and Sora explains how Ollie was angry about the beds being next to Sora. (She explains this with deepl). Sora then shows Raora her guildhouse. On the way they fight zombies and Sora uses her Exaclibur sword. Raora says she'll be part of Sora's guild. (Raora and Sora have a lot of english convos together about different topics and its very cute).
- Fubuki, Lui, and Mio are doing a trial chamber together. There's been a lot of deaths with the 3 of them, with Lui even having to be from base to the trial. Lui gets to the trial and the 3 try to beat it together (its not easy). The many deaths were due to a lack of preparation and a zombie spawner that was nearby too.
- Okayu and Chihaya continue their date together. The two go to the End together. The two after travelling find an End City. After exploring the End City for a while they find an End Ship. Okayu and Chihaya get the Elytra. The Elytra is for Chihaya. After getting the Elytra the two continue on travelling. They make it back home, with Chihaya wearing the Dragon Head.
- Vivi uses her Elytra and Trident with Riptide to fly around on the server, since its raining right now.
- Pekora gives flying with her elytra in the rain with Riptide a go. Due to some lag or such, she doesn't get the right height and flight and ends up crashing to the ground, dying. She is able to get her items back, and then flies around normally.
- Azki and Iroha are making deliveries to the people who auctioned off items but weren't there today. They're giving them their diamonds that they won. Azki delivers them directly inside their personal rooms.
- Watame takes the Swordsman's Vivre Card that she won at the auction and displays it inside her Camping Car. Miko comes by and Watame shows her the display.
- Raora's pet bird, Sausage somehow teleported to where Raora and Sora were. And then a zombie came and attacked Sora making her dead. She respawns at Sora's house. Sora tries to pick up her items (But her inventory is full). As Sora was picking up the items a Creeper exploded, and then a zombie came, and took the items and killed Sora too. Sora and Raora try to rush over and get the items back before they despawn, but mobs start showing up everywhere. They let the night pass (Thanks to the other members too for sleeping) and go back to get their items again. They were able to get back their items, at least the important ones that they got at the auction like the sword and book.
- Pekora does some sunken ship treasure hunting. Since she has an elytra its fast to do. She is able to find the Coast Armor Trim. While Pekora searches underwater she finds an Ocean Monument. She uses her Trident to easily deal with the guardians in the monument (also having the effects of potions helps too). Pekora goes searching for the Elder Guardians to defeat. After defeating the Elder Guardians, Pekora tries to Mine the blocks but she has slow mining effect on.
- Sora and Raora meet up with Watame nearby. Raora asks Watame for a date. THey decide to have a Minecraft date, right now! Watame and Raora keep telling each other that they're both cute. They both also praise Raora's Japanese too. The three then talk about Dragonball Z terms (characters, majin buu, fusion, the like). They also talk about different things like Italian food. After the food talk, Raora says she needs to go but is thankful for the chat.
- Fubuki, Lui, and Mio are dealing with a level 4 trial chamber. They realized they had to use the trial potions to make the blue keys show up (So they can get rare items). Fubuki thinks a level 4 trial chamber would be too tough to do so they ask if anyone would want to join them. Miko said she would be interested so she'll join them. Su and Riona also want to join in (they need to prepare). Miko meets up with Su and Riona at the main area and she'll take them to where Fubuki and the others are. Eventually they arrive and meet up. Fubuki explains the trial chamber to the 3 of them.
- Fubuki, Mio, Miko, Lui, Riona, and Su will partake in a Trial Chamber together, this time with everyone being more properly prepared. They enter and start up the trial. They find that an allay came with a bed from someone. Even with 3 more people helping out its still a tough trial to go through as theres multiple deaths from the members. They are able to beat the trial. They each use a key to get their treasures (gacha time). Fubuki gets the Mace piece allowing her to make a Mace Weapon. They then go and beat the Breezes to get the 2nd item needed to make a Mace. Beating another trial, they get 6 more keys and do the gacha again. Mio also gets the item needed to make a Mace.
- Azki, Iroha, and Suisei do some exploring together. They find a large lush cave. Azki and Iroha write down signs to places that the nether portal and tunnels will take you to. Iroha and Suisei show Azki the iron farm and villagers they had made. Suisei shows them also what she has been working on and they find it impressive. Soon the two head on back home for a sec. Returning to Europa area they see Polka has set up a base inside one of the houses (bed, shulker box, crafting table) that Suisei had made.
- Pekora gets herself the Tide Armor Trim. She's been trying to collect all of the armor trims and has 5 left to find. While travelling she finds a Mooshroom Island and takes some of the special dirt from there. She returns home to make more armor trims and costumes. After going back home to regroup, Pekora travels to the End to find a trim in an End City. While searching in the Cities she takes the loot that can be found, even if its not a trim. In one End City she did take a spare Elytra and Dragon Head. Pekora then flew again and found another End City, but this time she only took the Armor trim that she found there (she also gave the coords to her chat).
- Okayu and Chihaya make their way back home from getting an Elytra at the end. Since its nighttime and they cannot sleep, they fly back home. Using Gigi's rail as a guide to help them find the direction. Okayu helps to teach Chihaya how to fly and land safely, arriving back at Okayu's house. The pool thats in front of Okayu's house has water elevators that lead to an underground base (looks to still be under construction). They find a new photopot that was made next to Reine's house and go to take a picture there. They also head to the Love Pier that Reine made for another photospot. Chihaya also shows Okayu her villagers at the Flow Glow castle.
- Vivi is doing even more work on her house. Shes making a glass expansion at the roof, so she's been collecting sand from the river nearby.
- Azki and Iroha go exploring in a cave and find a deep dark biome. The two go and check it out.
- Fubuki in the trial chambers with the rest of the group gets herself another Mace part in the gacha. Foob, Lui, Mio, Miko, Su, Riona regroup and sort out their items before heading on back. Since everyone has elytras, they all fly on back home.
- Riona ends up dying (I think she fell too high from TTT) and gets teleported all the way back to where the trial chamber was. Su was around the same area and was able to pick up her items, with the help of Suisei as well.
- Fubuki makes the Mace and demonstrates it to Lui. They try to kill each other with the Mace. Suisei then takes a turn with killing Fubuki with the Mace (essentially all smashing each other with the Mace). She then lets Su and Riona have a turn at smashing Fubuki with the Mace. Fubuki is essentially asking as many people who are online on the server as possible to smash her with the mace.
- When Fubuki asked Vivi to smash her with the mace, but Fubuki forgot to take off her elytra and as a result when Fubuki died it got blown off and lost. Fubuki tried to find it but she couldn't and it despawned. Vivi felt really bad for losing Fubuki's Elytra. Fubuki later goes to meet with Vivi (after talking to Lui and borrowing Lui's extra elytra) to help reassure her (by saying that she has an extra elytra, and that she's ok).
- Lui enters the nether, and overhears some explosions happening from outside. Turns out it was from Su and Riona who were fighting a ghast. The two of them are currently going to go and find Netherite together. Lui wishes them well. While they were in the Nether, Riona got burnt up by the lava and died.
- Vivi has been continuing the expansion of her house with glass. She's making her own aquarium.
- Lui has been busy working with the villagers in the Europe/Stylish City (this place has many names). She's making them turn into zombies and then curing them.

The effects of losing pivotal "glue" people are usually delayed and are then felt even harder.
Oftentimes it's not even that clear to the affected people.
It's fascinating.
Nodoka also comes across as a lot more meek. Streaming personality, sure, but it does bleed through. A-chan's personality is probably significantly more suited to getting shit done.

Eh, top leadership getting an undiluted and accurate pulse of how the ground-level/frontline people feel is never a bad thing. It helps the top remain grounded and unsheltered from the realities of their key personnel. Especially with Cover pivoting to a more IP licensing strategy, it's even more important to keep the talents happy since they're the one's organically growing the individual IPs and its fandom that the company is then monetizing through old and new avenues. And in vtubing - a graduated vtuber/character = dead IP. It's why it's even more key for them to convince talents to go with Ame's "affiliate" route.

So far all the graduations have been ones with writing on the wall or due to personal issues. The only exception was Fauna who was basically dealing with a Byzantinian mess of bureaucracy due to being in a different branch; potentially A-Chan leaving might have exacerbated that but the others I'm not too sure. Aqua checked out years ago and the trajectory of the company moving away from the laid back small corpo vibes she remembered likely wouldn't have changed enough for Aqua to stay even if A-Chan was making things better. Ame's issues with 3D has been going on for years and she found enough of a compromise to be on a contract with Cover still in some form. Chloe was sick all the time and once again technically still has a contract. Fauna is the only real one here that seems to be a direct connection with actual management issues, but it might have been the mindnumbing levels of complexity and bloat due to communicating from a different branch. Shion was potentially the most predictable graduation of them all and has been checked out for years due to mental health issues too (Moreso surprised she didn't go for affiliation.)
I don't think A-Chan retiring led to any of the later graduations, but it definitely feels like a symbolic date after almost 2 years of relative stability outside of Sana and Mel. She left and suddenly leaks start appearing everywhere. It's a coincidence but still works as a good milestone date.

I'ma break my vow of silence on this thread just to reply to this because negzana has surprised me with an actual very rational post.
If we take the "differences in direction" non-reason to be some change in the company that is making people leave, it definitely was not A-chan leaving, I think some of you put wayyy too much stock on whatever A-chan's influence and position in the company were (which fun-fact, we don't know either!)
I think if the "company changed for the worse rrat" is to be entertained, then the change would've happened in 2023 or even earlier. Most of the girls have clearly stated this decision was made after years of thinking it over and deciding they just didn't want to continue.
Keep in mind, big ass companies arent just slow on improvement, they're slow on everything. A "bad new direction" isn't going to boil down to a single person leaving and then that instantly causes everything to go to shit. A new direction wouldve been started months or even years earlier and become slowly more pronounced.

A-chan first went on a leave in March 2024 and left the company in June. By the time of her absence, both Ame's and Aqua's graduation processes were under way for sure. Ame's graduation was decided almost a year in advance and a normal graduation process seems to be between 3 and 6 months.
A-chan might have been important for representing the talents, but I don't think she could have done anything to make the graduating talents stay even if she didn't leave.
Personally, I can't shake the feeling that Cover has cut down on the talent's baseline salary/royalties during the last contract renegotiations, so just coasting by with sometimes streaming or occasionally showing up to a 3D event is no longer easy as pie. Corpo shenaningas would mean an increasing amount of graduates over time, not that there's a sudden flood of underachieving talents wanting to jump ship.
