Where have you seen any used cars that cheap, let alone decent quality? Even Craigslist deathtraps will set you back more than that around here.

Facebook Marketplace in the general South-East area within a ~5-10 hour drive around me is where I looked.

My first car was circa $2300 off Marketplace and in near perfect cosmetic condition with issues that were very easy fixes but didn't impact the ability to drive it, 300k miles and still going strong, and I had been commuting about two hours a day. I actually paid about $500 too much for it, truth be told, but the cosmetic condition was too good to pass on, no stains! It was hardly the best option, but I also needed a car quickly for said commute.

Maybe it is just a regional thing then? Or I was just lucky. Even now I can look in several places and see prices in that general range, though.

Reading the comments complaining about Pippa sleeping through her alarm annoys me. I think everyone has slept through one important alarm they wished they hadn't and been late to work at least once because of it. If Pippa regularly slept through alarms I would understand being annoyed but complaining about a one-off feels unfair towards Pippa.

Most of these people are just concern trolling so their voice is worth nothing. Nobody who is a real Pippa fan is actually scolding her for sleeping through an alarm... even if it's because it's expected of her.

Japan, but the import costs double it generally. He must be thinking of, not just pre covid prices, but the pre cash for clunkers era used car market. For a laugh I looked up my car and even with its milage I could get 80-90% its value today for what I spent on it N number of years back.

Definitely not old enough to be driving prior to cash for clunkers. As for covid, didn't actually need to buy a car until the tail end because I carpooled/drove other cars. So I'm positive I'm not thinking of those markets.

I can't share my listings for obvious reasons but I'm looking at prices within 500 miles of Atlanta, Nashville, and Jacksonville and finding similar prices for cars that aren't lemons. It has to be a private sale, though.

I did find stinkers but they were typically cars being sold by salvagers passing it off as private sale.

I liked the one that called everyone forgiving her simps, I'm sure it's that and has nothing to do with the fact her fanbase is weird and you know actually likes her and knows even with the people saying it's okay's she will brainworm and beat herself up over this for months.

I just have to imagine a fanbase that actually likes the streamer is a thought that simply cannot enter their minds because then they might have to think about things they wouldn't want to think about.

Same concerntrollers probably come from a fandom where it's the norm to pay 50 dollars for 2 minutes at a meet and greet.

Man you have no idea chinchilla has wanted to collab for two years and has on more than a few occasions asked "Hey what happened last pippa stream?" or some one would be like "Hey what do you think about Vtubers who show feet" or "Want to hear a joke? a man walks into a bar" or "Did you see Pippa eat the spider?" (she did by the way she drew it too complete with ants in that adorable ms paint style she does I thoroughly regret not having it on hand right now).

Every few months some variant of the following loop would run;
Natsumi "I would like to collab with Pippa someday"
Chat "Just ask her to play mahjong she'll come running"
Natsumi "My English isn't good enough" or "She's probably busy" or "I don't want to be a bother"

Pippa asks her to collab she says yes without second thought has a great time, afterwards Pippa raids, chinchilla sees her in chat, and the chinchilla asks in her best English "Mahjong collab when?"

We have been on course for mahjong for two years
