So far all the graduations have been ones with writing on the wall or due to personal issues. The only exception was Fauna who was basically dealing with a Byzantinian mess of bureaucracy due to being in a different branch; potentially A-Chan leaving might have exacerbated that but the others I'm not too sure. Aqua checked out years ago and the trajectory of the company moving away from the laid back small corpo vibes she remembered likely wouldn't have changed enough for Aqua to stay even if A-Chan was making things better. Ame's issues with 3D has been going on for years and she found enough of a compromise to be on a contract with Cover still in some form. Chloe was sick all the time and once again technically still has a contract. Fauna is the only real one here that seems to be a direct connection with actual management issues, but it might have been the mindnumbing levels of complexity and bloat due to communicating from a different branch. Shion was potentially the most predictable graduation of them all and has been checked out for years due to mental health issues too (Moreso surprised she didn't go for affiliation.)
I don't think A-Chan retiring led to any of the later graduations, but it definitely feels like a symbolic date after almost 2 years of relative stability outside of Sana and Mel. She left and suddenly leaks start appearing everywhere. It's a coincidence but still works as a good milestone date.

Have you not looked at HoloEN? Most of myth/council is dead and gone. The only consistent streamers they have are the 3 people who lives in Japan and doompost queen Kiara

holoEN has a total of 20 members, of which 3 had graduated, Ame, Fauna and Sana, so that leaves holoEN with 17 members. I think that's still pretty good.
I dont think it's fair to include Advent/Justice because things likely have changed alot during and after Ame/Fauna graduation. They also knew exactly what they are signing up for, corpo autism, rather than Myth/Promise who didn't and had completely different expectations going into Holo.
The idea that "noone in EN has issues" is really strange to me, noone remembered Ina's VISA shit? They just power through it rather than quitting.
