Nah, that was Niji KR. Niji ID was by all accounts decently ran, then Niji folded ID into the main branch, and then it went to shit.
With the caveat that Hana isn't Indonesian and her religious affiliation is unknown, IIRC. I assume her father's Indo-American and might be a muslim, but then again, aren't they both pretty hard left, big S socialists? Not terribly compatible with Allahu Akbar (cheering from the sidelines because both hate America aside).

The massive success came to nijiEN with 4-5. The first three waves came out during holoEN best months, Lazulight was hot, Obsydia was tepid and Ethyria was basically forgotten. You can't simply compare 6-7 to 4-5 lightning in a bottle success and say "that's not working.

For her 2nd live crowdfunding, three of MaiR's tier options had opportunities to chat with her via Discord (two tiers for three minutes, and the five people who paid 200k yen got 15 minutes with her), the highest tier funds a million yen for her target and the three tiers contributed to almost 40% of the goal target (and the quickest ones to get purchased out). I put a bit of distance to Vtubers so I didn't choose those options considering she seems to be an egosearcher.
While I was listening to one of her karaoke VOD, at the end of the stream where she thanks her SC and new members she mentioned about her fans listening to her VOD from (country I'm in), that was a bit scary.

Pardon me if this already got mentioned, but apparently Pomu's on vacation, but her channel has been streaming VODs 24/7 since April 1.
It reminded me of a thought I had over my vacation. I think that if a streamer has to miss a scheduled stream, they should play a VOD instead. Just slap some scrolling text over it saying it's pre-recorded and let it play. It's the same idea with how talk radio shows will play "classic episodes" (reruns) when the host is sick or on vacation. The streamer's viewers have tuned in to the streamer's stream at the streamer's normal streaming time, so giving them something to watch by the streamer that they want to watch, even if it's old content, is better than giving them nothing - and giving them the opportunity to find something else to do and fall out of the habit of tuning in.
Of course there will be cases where this isn't possible, but if you know when you'll be unavailable and can schedule a VOD to premiere at your normal streaming time, or aren't so sick that you can't rig up OBS to play a VOD as a normal stream and click "go live," I think it's a good idea, and one I'm going to try to stick to once I'm back to a normal schedule again.

It reminded me of a thought I had over my vacation. I think that if a streamer has to miss a scheduled stream, they should play a VOD instead. Just slap some scrolling text over it saying it's pre-recorded and let it play. unlike talk show hosts theres much less incentive to do this.
for one companies in vtubing generally want to cultivate audiences that tune in to MANY of their talents rather then just one playing an old VOD gives them reason to stick to one.
playing an old vod also get's them very minimum returns (even though in the long run its alot) so hiring someone making a system or whatever to do so is much less appealing.
also people can just you know watch the vods on their own if they want to.
You can even tip when watching old video, essentially leaving a permanent superchat in the form of a comment. Which makes you able to earn money on old videos anyway, eliminating the need to rerun them as streams for monetary reasons
