I'm trying to think of which new character she could voice. It could just be a small role, the only meaningful role I could think of would be one of the female Vegapunks. Right now I can't think of any other female characters coming up in One Piece that don't already have a VA. I think it's more likely she's singing a song for the anime.

Also explains the slowing down of new gens. Shoehorning accelerated gens into that would be impossible.

still not sure why everyone assumed Oshi no Ko. If it's a voice role that means Two Vtubers made it onto One Piece (the other being AmaLee Voicing Uta the one Ado voices for her singing..

Voicing one of the main Villians would be a huge W and it fits her persona as well I think it unlikly to get her to do singing simply because while they do change the song alot they also tend to keep it the whole arc and they would have already had it ready. TLDR I Don't think Cali's timeline fits singing for Toei from what I understand music is typically settled on first and immediatly recorded since it's fairly removed from the show.

So unless theres a character that actually sings something they need a singer/rapper for it's probally a voice role (or shes been sitting on this a long ass time and could tell no one I guess)
