It's a shame that from what I know of her life situation, she's one of the only vtubers for whom living in a bird coup wouldn't count as an objective upgrade in both personal circumstances and cleanliness.

And this is why vTubers who are indie need to set up an independent shell corporation to funnel all of their large scale major purchases through for just such an occassion. That way you can sue them using the shell corporation, and leave your own personal details out of it.

My takeaway from briefly looking into it is that there really isn't a way to start a company without your name being associated with it. Even a shell company is by definition owned by another company and that paperwork will be on the record somewhere so someone will still be able to find your name if they trace back far enough. One of the ways that people find out about new products about to be announced by tech companies like Apple is by watching for copyright registrations by known shell companies.

The rest of the conversation can be summarized as "communicate with people you hirer, do not use fucking discord for primary contact at the very least use email summaries so you have a record of things."

I'm going to refer to the post that I made last night, but i'm not sure Dizzy will be an entertaining streamer.

Is it wrong that this info unironically makes me like Dizzy less? She's young, dyes her hair, and posts images of herself on Instagram. I can't really see myself vibing with someone like that... Maybe I'm overthinking it, I don't know.

I'm going to refer to the post that I made last night, but i'm not sure Dizzy will be an entertaining streamer.

I don't know the exact timeline but those instagram pics were probably taken just before or around the time she started as an indie, when she was likely 22-23, nearly a year later she joined Tsunderia and was not only talent but also given a ton of management duties not long after.
Instead of developing her own content she had to manage an entire corpo's worth, which lead to her hating streaming while under that massive workload.

She still has a little bit of managing in Phase, having Phase Weekly under her creative control but its nothing like what Tsunderia used to give her.
It will probably take a little bit of time to reorient and figure out what content she wants to do now that she actually has some creative freedom.
