Other than kukkia and Scuddle's comments, I think if they want to reincarnate as Vtubers they would commission a new avatar, find a rigger, and have to wait for them to be completed. If moving to another corpo. perhaps auditioning is the reason.

I have to recommend yd, mostly clipping VSpo with high effort and long videos. Here is one of them starring Hanabusa Lisa (who has one of the most infectious laughs alongside Tachibana Hinano). Also clipped Hoshikawa Sara until she forbade clips. There are also clips of Niji talents, quite a number of Hisui and Deron clips.
There's guaranteed a clip every day until 31 December so keep an eye on them.
