Miko, Mio and Subaru had a stream covering the upcoming Sport Fes. It's set to be held on the 6th of November. This incarnation will have 3 teams instead of 2 (Red/Miko, White/Mio and Yellow/Subaru).
It'll be split into two halves with an intermission halfway through. The first half is 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM and will feature Fencing PVP, Co-op Water Race and Red Light Green Light. The second half is 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM and has Mob Conquest Race and the Relay Race.
The ID and EN guests are Ame, Kiara, IRyS, Bae for EN and Ollie, Moona, Anya and Reine for ID. I feel like this is less than last year? But I might be remembering wrong.
Teams are as followed (not including guests):
Red Team ~Miko~ Members: AZKi, Watame, Luna, LaPlus, Polka, Choco, Noel, Fubuki, Suisei, Flare [Featuring Shiranui Kensetsu and Bakatare Circus!]
White Team ~Mio~ Members: Sora, Kanata, Iroha, Botan, Roboco-san, Marine, Chloe, Lamy, Koyori, Korone

Much lesser. Last year had almost full participants from EN/ID, only one missing was Iofi who had to bail last minute due to being sick.
Late reaction to Ina's hiatus: As soon as I saw the waiting room I knew something like this was happening. I guess it's for the best, this whole year (or even before) she was in a really bad shape. I just wanted to add that the anime adaption of light novel from which she is the illustrator (Eiyuuou, Bu wo Kiwameru Tame Tenseisu: Soshite, Sekai Saikyou no Minarai Kishi♀) is airing in January 2023. I have no idea how time shedules of anime releases are structured or how much work the OG artist really has but I guess that is a really big thing for her and she gave all she got where input was needed.

After you posted this yesterday I ended up spending the rest of the day binging Rita's channel shorts and clips great singer and has some neat genshin trivia/lore shorts as well that scratch my lore itch
