Personally, I fault Council for delaying the Sana Tower stream so far out from her graduation that most of the novelty and the emotional weight of her departure has pretty much worn off. It doesn't help that they were all laughing and joking around so much on the way there that by the time they got to Sana's book, the atmosphere really didn't fit Sana's farewell words to them and the rest of Myth and the JP senpais. Maybe it's just an irreconcilable schedule conflict/fuck-up on all their parts, but that stream deserved a specific/particular mood that just wasn't there anymore or just needed to be set by the group. That's what the kayfabe is for, bitches.

Eh, I honestly prefer the CouncilRyS chaos to balance out the somberness. It is very on-brand for them, and I am sure Sana rather they be happy than doom and gloom about it. They also can talk to her whenever they want, it isn't like she died.

I agree that they did wait too long, though. I thought all of EN was going to join, so I chalked it up to that. Not sure why it took so long to organize with just those 5.

I'm always a little skeptical when a Korean says they are 'Christian'. It's often similar to, say, the Mormons or Catholics.

Koreans have their own variety of cult-y home-brew blend of Christian churches that can give Mormons a run for their money if we're talking crazy.

There's the Unification Church, which has been very active in the US as well:


And there's also the Shincheonji Church:

(I know it's Vice, but it's Vice World News, at least - which is miles better than their western counterpart at this point)

Lots of other minor, fringe Christian cults too but yeah, when a Korean says they're Christian - that may more often than not be a red flag for crazy shit depending on which "christian" sect they belong to and strongly identify with.

There are a lot of more normal Korean churches, for somewhat similar reasons to why there are a lot of Indonesian muslims; it was a show of opposition to their colonial rulers, Japan in this case. Yeah I'm fairly certain Horikoshi just wanted another misfit character type and that's all it amounts to. The people who gush about this stuff just take any scrap at all and turn it into some statement of full support for their agenda. All because his death in the manga/anime was impactful for the characters that knew and liked him, and his friends treated him the way he wanted to be treated, that somehow means Horikoshi is totally all aboard the trans train. Actual parasites are less invasive than people of alphabet these days.

I'm a bit late on the topic but you really have a good point to which I have not seen a plausible explanation.

• Shiina's model is practically an almost nude loli, and from what i gather jokes about it herself with the crab outfit stuff. I kind of like her personality but the lewd stuff on top of the model ruins it for me.
• Remi is literally a lewd loli that fits everything brittany venti trollishly ragged on gura for for attention. Its not even in a "ha ha she's actually a mature adult in a pettan asian woman body joking around" way, but literally playing up her persona as having a toddler-like intellect.
• Rie is reputed to be a lolicon shotacon herself (though I don't know how far that actually goes as I haven't watched much of her content).
• Even Panko I'm weirded out by when she's made sexual jokes that relate or have connotations to her being this juvenile panda with a lollipop - and I really like Panko's demeanor and her visual design otherwise.

How is it that phase connect is trying to not be "yabai" if these models and personalities are what is being put forth in phase 2? How is pedo-baiting ok but cracking jokes at evil people's expense isn't? He responded to that one marshmallow about not wanting his talents to be delinquents, but it doesn't add up.
If I assume that its motivated by wanting to clean up PC's public image in order to secure more partnerships/advertisers/etc., which organizations would have deal-breaking issues with a few 4chan memes or Jim etc. but not people getting aroused by child-like coomerbait? Literal loli GFE and mic-licking ASMR crap from remi. That isn't delinquent, but having a chat with Rekieta is too far. OK dude.

Possibilities I can think of (maybe someone else has more imaginative explanations):

1. pure innocent incompetence all around
2. courting companies who don't care about loli hentai (and being plastered on stream) but care about anything that might be labeled right-wing
3. some mixture of incompetence and courting said companies

I don't mind the new model but the older one had a charm to it the new one is missing. The new one is also very obviously more built around the twitch audience.

It is a long running joke, but I actively believe that Tenma would tell him to fuck off if she thought he was going too far. Pippa will push back too but I think she would be more cordial about it. Tenma always struck me as the type where sure, if you respect her and work with her you probably have her loyalty against anything. If you fuck that up though you're probably lucky you aren't in the same room lol.
Though I do wonder if she would jump ship with Pippa or not, they've been buddies since before PC. Would probably come down to whether or not she felt like Pippa got fucked over and if it might hassle her as well.

That's just my read on it though.

Also is it just me or does this model seems more manly from angles? Even before I saw the short hair it was just kind of.. guyish.

Anytime Zen tilts the head downward whatever the Hell they have in their hair just looks like a small butt or lopped off penis head.
