I don't know who this merry guy is - I am just a noobish vtuber fan and never delved deep into cwc. Based on this stream though so far, I like about 30% of him and find 70% to be some mixture of irritating, insufferable, and loathsome. I'm not anti-china so I understand his being careful about china stuff, and if Pippa is friends with him, I could get past the snobbish sounding tone of voice, the porn crap, and even the femboy antics stuff, etc. It's the whole ticket-taker stuff and constantly shitting on pippa in a patronizing way, like "I'm going to deign to validate you as a human being even though you deserve to be cancelled for being racist and transphobic and edgy for no reason", insulting chat, misrepresenting pippa, etc.

I feel like an hour is way too long to stretch out for some people. I think scheduling them an hour apart from each other and requiring a minimum of 30 or 45 minutes and letting the streamer go over if they want would be the best.

Reminder to everyone watching the XSOLEIL debuts that debuts are literally always cringe and it's okay to personally not vibe with one or more of them.

For me, I just want Zaion to be fun tbh, and I want to see if Meloco has the voice to be an EN Tomoe (despite also likely being Japanese). Everything else I can take or leave, and that's just variety and personal preferences working as intended.

Any debut where I don't want to turn my skin inside out like Kronii, Mumei, Nina and Scarle is passable to me.

I mean most people here are not going to like them because NijiEN just doesn't go after the typical "fan" that most people here are. If you are expecting anything beyond malding about zoomers and "fujos" I've got bad news for you.

If Zaion is who she likely is, she'll be a good Niji liver. Her voice is kinda plain and she's definitely not a great singer, but she's got a good sense of humor.
Personally I thought Mumei and Scarle had ok debuts, technical difficulties aside. For Nina I had to mute her stream and watch the main channel one lol.

It's always worth reminding people: Vshojo is a talent agency, so you can expect them to function like every other streamer talent agency.
They only take cuts from merch and from sponsorship deals. Talent agencies get no cuts from anything stream related and also have no input on what the talent they manage can or can't do (Hence "Talent Freedom"). Vshojo streamers are not employed or contracted by Vshojo, they are their clients.
If you are familiar with streamer orgs, Vshojo is just like OfflineTV or OTK, but with no ownership at all from any of the talents.

Hololive and Nijisanji streamers are contractors, not clients of their corpos.
