If the Vtuber has a loud BGM it gets very annoying to listen to the BGM just skip all over the place. at some point i would just remove the BGM with Ai because it was distracting to listen to.

i feel like it would be more complex than it being a definite win win
damned if you do, damned if you dont, it could also put people who left in amicable terms on the spot if the meta starts to be based around whatever is leaked now

And this is why it will never happen, the amount of autism they would invite upon having a definite stance or statement about what they did or suffered through would just destabilize the community as a whole, talents are still talking to each other behind the scenes, they probably mingle and still talk about their day to day, and this would just increase the autism of the communities and lead to very retarded infighting, since fans of the current Holo Indies usually still follow the main Holo talents.
I dont think its upon the best interest of anyone to have such a grand leak, the drama shekels wouldnt last long, they would have to start doing regular streaming work if they want to keep the same gravy train they had as a corpo-fag (see, Dokibird), so if they still have retarded drama looming they could really struggle to get an audience that would want them to support them for being entertainers rather than just for the drama.

I'm sticking with my theory that holo decided to take a bigger cut now that they're all in in 3d shows and ip lending to sustain their operations. Obviously for the girls who don't mind being an entire year in rehearsals for shows would stick around since while the cut would be less the bump in revenue would soften the blow. This deal isn't ideal for the girls who aren't all in into performing, so they decide to try their luck being indie.

The most annoying part about all this is the implication that they had to have suffered in some way or that Cover fucked them over in some deliberate and explicit way.

At the end of the day being a Hololive talent is just a job and they are under no obligation to stay there their whole lives just so retards can happily keep worshipping a brand. Not saying Cover hasn't fucked up and there's a lot they could do better, but people leaving doesn't mean there's a dark secret waiting to be exposed.

As a random aside, do you think there would be interest around here on breaking down ADHD and pointing people in viable directions for management? I could put it on the docket of far too many things I'm planning to do this year and it could be an interesting exercise. The fundamental problem is ADHD doesn't really exist. It's at minimum 4 separate, biologically distinct issues that got hammered together because you can slam a kid with enough Meth-like substances to keep them in line. Some fans want to way over-think the situation. Cover has shed basically everyone that didn't have close ties to their Japan HQ or a larger structure around them in the furtherance of the Hololive character. Gura has been in her own little world (and mind) for years. Mumei specifically isolated her real life and her Cover job. Ame has to provide the structure to others in real life, rather than being the receiver of the structure. Fauna is the slight one out, as we don't know much about the people around her, but she also might be the most dedicated business-wise of the bunch and the deal is just a lot better without the friction to the Corporate Grind.

While I'm certain you're wrong in the specifics, it did occur to me you might be right in the general. Because Japanese Tax Law and Japanese-American Trade Law are always in flux. It's entirely possible the JP-based members are losing 10-15% in extra taxes that didn't exist 2 years ago because of some classification difference that Cover Corp is now under. That whole issue with the work visas and the JP Government being slow on them might revolve around it.
