Like, at least I can get Sakuna wanting to try and hit it big by herself, everyone else literally could have just went on indefinite hiatus while in Holo and just rake in residuals

I have little experience with these creative types, but if they're anything like the various female co-workers I've had throughout the years.. leaving a position to go solo is always about the $$. And often not wanting a boss telling them what to do.

This is not Nijisanji their reasons for leaving could be as simple as "Ok I've tried this thing I'm not interested in continuing it professionally" it could be as something as retarded as "Well i think I'm worth more on my own" or it could be Yagoo spending company shares on buying Riku's sinking Yachts no one will say a thing because whatever the issue it it's not enough of a problem to risk retribution or their rep over.
