Im going to bet Sayu was nitpicking at thing about the game and getting pushed back about it.

Note Ive not watched as I've been trying to avoid anything about the game till I can play it.

I wouldn't be surprised if Sayu might be right this once. Hearing alot about normies who don't like turn based games or JRPGs in general jumping in on the Expedition 33 bandwagon, while holding it up superficially as their counterpoint against JRPG "norms" (tell me you don't play JRPGs and only know the words "Final Fantasy" and "Persona" without telling me) is a recipe for a vocal toxic fanbase.

It saddens me but the game has reached the Internet mouth breather fanbase critical mass where it can do no wrong and you get bullied if you think otherwise. Tune in in a few months for the inevitable backlash where the general opinion will be that it's incredibly overrated, especially if it wins the big industry prizes

my nigga in fucking christ. A comeback with a new ip with all the shebang involved doesn't happen in 6 months. The model alone from design to completion can range from 6 months to a year, add more time to it because of artist faggotry. She even has a short melody on her youtube channel and that is another stack of time invested there. Gura spent 2 years doing god knows what but if it turns out she was coasting in holo funneling her paychecks into her new ip, massive respect honestly that's some nice business fu.

We can only hope she succeeds before whatever dark machinations Senzawa has planned come to fruition and plunge the world into an era of chaos.

Mumei is unlikely to come back IMO. Her health problem involving her voice/throat makes her unlikely to stream on a regular basis.
