Yes, she specifically retired the Ami account because running both was a lot of work and she wanted to focus entirely on her real life idol activities as Phoebe. She's been promising changes and big things happening in her future as Phoebe and people have been taking that, along with the timing of Ami's 'graduation' (and the simple fact she was a frog) as her joining Phase.

There's definitely some points of contention there though. If she's joining Phase under a new identity, Ami's graduation notice was effectively a lie as there's no way that wouldn't effect her activities as Phoebe. And if she's joining Phase as Phoebe, that would result in a bizarre situation where she either hangs up the real life idol outfit again after just promising to double down on it while potentially deleting thousands of images of herself to restart as a full time Vtuber, OR, she has been given unique approval by Phase Management to perform real life concerts and promote her real life identity under their brand which just feels like an impossibility. Plus, why throw away Ami just to reincarnate as another frog?
