I feel like there's a "The Koreans are the Pugs of Humanity" bit in here to mention, but the issues they have with facial structures that respond well to surgery also means it's got the generally highest quality surgeries at the most reasonable prices. For elective procedures, especially, going to another country is definitely a common thing that happens.
