Thank you very much for your continued support of the virtual driver groups "NIJISANJI" and "NIJISANJI EN".

We are writing to inform you that an individual who has been making threats and obstructing business activities against ANYCOLOR Inc. and its members (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has been arrested on suspicion of obstructing business activities against the Company.

The Suspect, while indicating the name of a person whom he claims to hold a grudge against, had been repeatedly sending out messages via an anonymous bulletin board and the Company's inquiry counter, falsely claiming that the person was related to the Company, and stating that he would do harm to the Company and the Company's Livers.

After becoming aware of the damage, the Company immediately began cooperating with the police and other agencies and took legal action from both criminal and civil perspectives.
We will continue to cooperate with the police and other authorities to pursue legal responsibility against the suspect and create an environment in which fans can enjoy our content with peace of mind.

In addition, we have received a great deal of information from fans about the suspect's anonymous message on the bulletin board.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for the cooperation of our fans and ask for your continued support.

In consideration of the impact on the investigation by the police and other investigative agencies, we are limiting the information we report and the scope of information we disclose.
We ask for your understanding that, in principle, we will not be able to respond to individual inquiries regarding this matter. In particular, we ask for your understanding that we will not be able to respond to any inquiries regarding this matter (including any communication on social networking services or comments made during the broadcast), nor will we be able to respond to any inquiries regarding the investigation.In particular, we ask that you refrain from contacting our LIVERs (including any communication on social networking sites, comments during distribution, etc.), spreading false information without basis (including expressions that determine the damage situation or victim based on unclear information), or making false statements.We ask that you refrain strictly from such activities.
