Isn't this the one everyone was angry about getting hired because of her notorious history of random hiatuses? Did that turn out to be a thing? I literally never see anyone talking about her so I figure she's a nobody.

I don't know about anyone actually being angry about her hiring, but they might have been concerned about how often she streams. Fair call, given her current stream schedule. Still, I think she's pretty entertaining and I'll be watching this stream later today.

Saya's more of a comfy streamer, which doesn't really lend itself to viral, shareable moments or something you feel compelled to share. Like, if you watch Lia or Pippa, for example, they're always saying crazy shit that makes for good clips or something you want to argue about or respond to, which makes discussion pretty easy. Saya has a fun personality, and I've enjoyed watching her of late, but she doesn't put out short, viral soundbytes that are easy to share, so she doesn't appear in discussions as often as her typical mid to high three-ccv stats would suggest she should.

Her stream schedule's still all over the place. She's not anywhere near Gura levels of absent, but she does like her short stream -> two-week break work cycle.

I wouldn't call her a nobody. While she may not be influential in a meaningful way, Kamiko Kana has 134k subs and was a founding member of Tsunderia (Although she stayed in Phase longer than she stayed there at this point). She's not shared much because of her irregularity and general vibes of her streams. Many of them are gorillas in various times as well

I dont know about people being angry. Some of her breaks had health, IRL or pc related reasons. Last one was about personal life. She did a stream later that got taken down due to music she played. During it, she said she's not having a good month for November. She didn't get into details I think, but it clearly bothers her

From what I'm able to find about it Vicky herself didn't have much to do with it - it was all Miu and Miki. So maybe it was just those two that got the bonk, but yeah, Vicky could have got bonked too and we wouldn't be able to tell.

Sounds like it was all just a misunderstanding so hopefully everyone comes out the other end with no hard feelings.

I was there and it's hard to guess if it was something specific that was said. They were bantering and making fun of each other the whole stream like they usually do, and Uta was joking back just fine. The main issue is that Uta is basically the one keeping contact with everyone the most out of all of them (for collabs and general check ins), so she was constantly the focus of all the topics.

Which means she was also the focus of all the jokes. So it could have been one specific joke or just being the target of it for 2 hours that got to her.

If it was a specific joke it was from Vicky and Miu, Miki was streaming from Japan as she's on vacation and was barely talking during the stream due to set up issues. They were also the ones talking when it happened.

Something similar to this happened a long time when someone in chat made a specific joke that she took really hard. So I personally think that's what happened, as the last things they joked about were about a similar topic.

On the bright side, she will bounce back from it soon, I'm sure she knows they didn't mean to hurt her.

I hope they redo the collab once she feels better, because they're all really great and deserve a proper anniversary.

Not going to prematurely speculate on what the Saya situation will be, but this may be worth crossposting here:

When talking about being thankful for Gen 3, she said "whatever has been decided or choice in the future, I know they'll be happy either way. So, make sure you support your oshi to the very end and future endeavors if that were to happen to any of us." She didn't specifically mention Hina, so it may not be about her. We'll have to wait and see if anything happens.

Isn't gen3 almost or a year old? It sounds more like if they decide to stay around after contract renewal season. I'm gonna be real, gen 3 has been pretty lackluster. Runie is probably the standout and she's just the normie magnet which is fine if you want to attract these people.

I honestly think we’ll be seeing a phase grad before 2026 (contrary to what Pippa said about being stupid if you grad from phase), but my thing with it being Hina is if this has been in discussion for what I assume could be weeks, why release the Hina art yesterday and blueball all the Hina fans? Aviel is a liar and grifter, and Ky0resu was allegedly screwed by the NDA she signed with Idol Corp, but even if she was allowed to speak I don't think I'd trust Ky0resu as a source on whether she did something bad or not.

I'm more inclined to believe Ky0resu just because of my dislike for Aviel's grifting ass, but eveyone else's mileage may vary.
