I don't watch Idol what's the tldr on Juna's beef with the company cause she seems upsetty spaghetty.

from what I know they are very controlling over weird stuff like NO overlap and you have to stick to your schedule. you're capped on how long you can stream thanks to again the no overlap rule. Then they leave your ass to dry on projects which they encouraged you to do and helping you handle your community. The reason why the yuko stuff got so bad was thanks to them not helping with moderating and letting the coomers over take the core idol fan base because lol money even if the talent didn't want it. This was even before her long break that when she came back said no more to lewd or spicy content and it all exploded thanks to idol not doing their fucking job at the start of it all. (yes I know her /k/ friends where also being fuck heads to the boobros but the issue started before that kicked off)

idk it just pisses me off that the staff fucked over these girls and they have to take all the scrutiny and blame.
Thanks to dumb contracts and NDAs they cant even defend themselves fully and say how they got fucked over. then even if they had legal right to whistle blow they are blacklisting themselves from a good chunk of the industry. even solo artist that would help with projects.
people need to be harder on corpo staff because they are the reason why these fuck ups happen not the Vtubers. well besides them not reading contract and getting a lawyer.
staff is why they cant stream, staff is why they could not meet the crazy donothon goals that they pushed onto them. you can still dislike the gen 1 girls but all the core issues where thanks to

I guess Kronii's manager also Ina, which means she manages at least Kronii, Ina and Mumei as of now. She could also be considered one of the best HoloEN managers since she somehow managed to make sure Ina didn't kill someone in a blind rage during her Visa issues, and how she also handled a lot of the issues Kronii had with her previous manager, I think Mumei may have mentioned having an improvement with her manager but I don't remember if she mentioned anything specific outside of having 2 managers.

Kronii finally gets a manager that isn't shit at job and still called her "hun". The disrespect is real.

Idol Corp under Aviel was not financially viable, even after two years of operation, and with shit like not shipping merchandise and running on a skeleton management crew, you can't make a fair comparison of contract with Brave who is (as far as I'm aware) trying to run a legit, fully-staffed operation, and will have very different incentives for talents in its contract to what Idol Corp originally did.

From what I'm aware of brave is basically running at a loss on VC money atm, throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks while burning money on buying brands and establishing offices and studios and debuting new vtubers as fast as possible to see if they can eventually get in the green. If the money runs out I could see them easily letting go of a bunch of the unprofitable drag and that includes idol.

I don't know where you took it from, no one pushed anyone to set this goals as high and unreasonable as they did. As evidence, some set them very low and managed to fulfill very quickly. Some even during a donothon. Oh, and there was a bitch who had a long history of doing pump and dump, I have doubts anyone needed to actively force her

I think the biggest issue is how the talents and fans have to awkwardly feign ignorance. Imagine the hypothetical scenario where Mint made it into Hololive, everyone can recognize who she is, but they have to pretend she is someone else.

Wew claims that management wasn't doing their job, which makes sense if Aviel was running the skeleton management crew that's been claimed before. If you don't have enough management staff, you're not going to get the approvals you need from management in a timely manner, or possibly even at all.
