If people dramafarming sperg about the secret-lite PL stuff in this current climate then they haven't been paying attention to every recent holo/niji graduation only putting the thinnest veneer of secrecy when they reincarnate. Also the only reason people can connect this to Kiara in the first place is because she decided to vaguely vent about something without giving any details, and retards took this very likely unrelated event and are dooming because they are retards.

It doesn't matter that everyone knows who she is. If you or her don't realize that randomly doing something that had been considered against company policy in Holo for years right after two high-profile graduations and returns in your company wouldn't stirr shit up, then you both live up to your name.

If she isn't going to stream or do anything productive whatsoever aside from shilling merch, the least she can do is not make shit more stressful for her coworkers that actually care about growing their careers in hololive.

I also would say it's not smart, but that's only because of the way people will overblow and react to it. Or maybe it's not overblown and she really is going to graduate? Who knows. Hololive is about the journey. Gura pretty much achieved most things she's publicly wanted and can now just ride the wave until it crashes or until she wants to get out of the water.

The only speculation is that she was hacked and that is being generous and honestly seems unlikely to me. The profile changes are fact and drama has happened that got another holomem dragged into it. The argument is over whether "blue woman bad" is something Gura deserves right now instead of Kronii and chumpedos coping over the fact that their oshi has been worthless for 2 years, not whether she will graduate or not.
