It's allowed here, it's just mostly no one really cared that much since probably 2021 about it. The only actual new info she really dropped was confirming working in the entertainment industry previously (that isn't too surprising given how techie she is) and that she's Cuban descended. Her face doxx has been out since since basically the beginning, and it was known she's some flavor of light-skinned Latin.

Gura is the only one that's not well understood, mostly because the rest were already pretty damn public before joining Hololive. Though credit to the madlads the worked out Fauna's from the most scant of hard information. That was some Rainbolt-levels of impressive.

It's the idea that if you treat those eyebags with makeup or whatever to stands out, it would enhance your youthful appearances. Not sure if its working but it exist.

There's no LLC in Japan, and I'm not aware of any of those laws giving corporate entities better protections than sole proprietors - if anything it's the opposite, all of the protections for small companies apply to sole proprietors even if your business becomes big enough that it wouldn't normally qualify. One of the things that Japan gets right is that it's extremely easy to work as a sole proprietor without needing to incorporate.
