Speculation: Xalamon was the doxxfag, he got banned from Lia chat but still employed. If he is a doxxfag I'd guess he holds too much information that could be detrimental to the company, the talents and any other peers connected to them. There's an accusation of him dropping an IP grabber for Miia's but unless she got a fixed ipv4/v6, it would be really hard to target her specifically.

Xalamon was Lumi's mod before Phase, and I very vaguely recall someone saying he was with her before even Cyberlive. The only time I've seen Lumi completely lose her shit is when someone with knowledge of her past (or just a schizo hitting the right button) showed up in her chat and accused them of being too close. I think he accused Xalamon of grooming her, though maybe it was the other way around. My money is on them being boyfriend and girlfriend, although married is also entirely plausible.

It's frankly irresponsible of Sakana to keep someone with that much power over a major talent around and in a position of privileged access within the company. But I guess the Chinese will stick together against the filthy white devils no matter what.

Here's a big, fat, completely baseless rrat: the Cyberlive drama was because Lumi's relationship with Xalamon bled through into Cyberlive affairs, and while Lumi isn't a bitch per se she does get defensive for her boyfriend/husband/gigolo. Phase has been more strict about keeping mods completely out of inter-talent and corporate affairs, so Lumi hasn't had issues in Phase because the boy-toy can't fuck things up for her.
