So, Jelly is an obvious recommendation here(lots of gaming streams, lots of autism games, generally-chill vibe). Panko is another good option, less autism in game choices, but equally-autistic personality-wise.
Surprised you didn't mention Lumi(but maybe you hate twitch, in which case yeah most of her gaming streams are on twitch), she does gacha-shit occasionally, but most of her taste in games is pretty solid, and she tends to finish playthroughs. She's currently started on Metro: Last Light.

Runie focuses a lot on yapping and RP with gaming content being overall a secondary priority, IMO she's fucking fantastic at both, but that's highly subjective to personal taste.

The names above basically comprise the entirety of who I watch, the five indies are Mint, Doki, Randon, Amiya and Mavia when she wasn't stuck in her death loop. For the most part I only really care about gaming streams unless I think they're particularly good at talking at length like Randon can be and I like the occasional Kiara yap, I can't think of anyone else that really stands out that I'd listen to talk unguided for an extended period. They don't have to be good but I prefer if they're not screaming or loud constantly or to an uncalled for degree. Getting loud because they're excited or panicked over something is fine, but if they're of the loud = funny mindset it gets grating unless it's Tenma, she gets a pass.

Long VODS are fine, if they have a habit of actually completing games they start that's a bonus. Hoyoshit need not apply, blockgame addiction is palatable for no thoughts head empty background noise. Similar autism games; Satisfactory, Factorio, Power Wash, Phasmo, etc. Don't give a shit about competitive FPS. I am interested if they're putting in effort to actually learn or be good at a game otherwise though.

You said you've watched Runie, but I'll recommend some of her content. For your particular preferences I recommend her most recent Phasmo stream as a teaser, and her RE2 playthrough just because it was good.

Start at 1 hour, the first hour was yapping while trying to get DMC1 to work. What came next was the most autistic "beginner" Phasmo gameplay I've ever witnessed:


This playlist is backwards for some reason so start at the bottom, Runie starts not knowing how to use mouse and keyboard FPS controls and by the end she's making snap shots and first-timing bosses:


Runie is as creative as Mint and Doki, yaps good in the style of Kiara, is as sweet as Amiya, and has zero loud = funny moments. She is very much not a gamer but she is a bone-headed perfectionist, that means you get the game learning journey every time in a good way. She'll play a game once or twice then decide to commit to a playthrough or not, and when she commits she finishes. No FOTM and no open-ended games.

But to be honest a good 60% of her content is non-gaming, split between roleplay/chatting with the occasional karaoke. I hadn't encountered a RP streamer before Runie so I had no idea what I was missing, it takes away the directionless feel of a chatting stream and brings in a story structure. I dunno if you're just a hardcore gaming stream enjoyer and if so there are better people to watch, for Phase maybe Jelly is good. But for me Runie is very easy to watch and there are very few misses in entertainment quality.
