Also, Shinove is like a (ex) de-facto manager for the boys back then but even after his retirement Oga still hang out with him occasionally especially since they share similar interests (mecha and cardgames)
The holostars boys generally had a very good rship with their manager from what I've seen from their anecdotes about them so far
