Gen Oracle debuted in August (5 talents) Gen Hello Land debuted in November (4 talents) and now we have another gen in February? I get that they're a relatively new corp that want to build up quick but I don't know if I'd like that if I were a talent with them. I wouldn't think three months is long enough to build up a decent-size fanbase, and three of the four members of the last gen are sitting on about 10K subs each (Zeli has 20K subs).

At least the sub numbers are better than what most other small corpos have to their name.

It depends really, if they take the niji approach where it's sort of expected for people to pick and choose who they like and stick with (kinda what you do with small/upcoming corpos anyway), but the western mentality of vtubing is you should watch everyone simply due to wanting to a watch a vtuber but your favorite may not be streaming. So it's not too fast really, but they're also already trying to compete with more established companies where most of those people are already watching and/or supporting bigger names. If anything it's more of a sink or swim atmosphere so we'll either get some really good talents popping up or they all fade away.

I'm honestly amazed at how little most vtubers stream. Surely if you're a top talent you or your corpo should be delegating everything that's not streaming to support staff, and you should be able to manage something similar to a full time job, say 28 hrs/week at least.

Once you're big and get money by doing literally nothing why work harder? Gura is doing just fine making money and not streaming lol.
