Mumei is out. I like Mumei. Mumei doesn't really show off what Mumei's voice can really do, but just as a song, Mumei is really good. I like the Mumei video that Mumei did for Mumei too. I listened to Mumei before and liked Mumei, but watching Mumei is even better.
mumei's new original is a legit banger. holo has really up their music production. i can see kiara's pineapple making it on the radio and see mumei's original being play and remixed by DJs at music festivals.
her song gives me big porter robinson vibes.
and if being honest with myself i think alot of hololive music is cringey and i only like them because of the girls. but the music this year has been really good. pineapple, shukan heartbeat, full color, and now this. hololive is aiming to go places. it would be insane seeing hololive at EDC

I ain't getting the ticket anyway, I'm going to the event that has that concert (Indonesian Comic Con) on 5th November/2nd Day. Meaning no concert for me since its on the 1st day of the event.
This reminds me of the works of Porter Robinson, With the meloncholic lyrics with the cheery tones of the background. Sad yet hopeful.

Regardless of whether you're trolling, I'm fine with most of the song but there's some weird shit going on with quite a few parts. Most noticeably was the drop at 1:11 and 3:36 with the "as Mumei" part where the sound is just fucked. There's a few other parts where the sound feels like it's muffled. I assume this is suppose to be intentional considering the focus of that muffled sound around 4:09 and then it cuts out as an outro to the song. I get where people get the feeling of Robinson feel to the song but it feels like a much weaker imitation at that ear-wig type of music that just plays in your head repeatedly off of a few melodies intertwining.fucking zoomers just stitch together melodies that break the flow of a song and they call it music
