Well, most of Arizona in the north is pretty empty. What city are you looking for? Phoenix is Maricopa County, and of course they are taking forever again to count. Perhaps they need to rewatch "Sesame Street" to review their counting skills.
Votes are tabulated by county for national elections, not city by city.
Phoenix, but Phoenix and Phoenix Metro are two different things. Phoenix Metro is made up of over a dozen different cities.

It's one thing to be on a side of a faction because factions make politics. The problem the world over is there is a group of people that can only be described as "politically retarded".
