🐻🌹Hey there, Guest, Do you like magic tricks? 💰💰💰Gentlemen, it is bill-paying day. That means I am doing a Bernie Sanders and asking for your financial support. The banner ad is already taken, but remember you can still shill clips on the sidebar video. 💰💰💰
Shiina potentially swallowing a bonk for directly interacting with an AI pic of her getting fucked. I'm not spoonfeeding you porn, find it yourself if you must.
Oral agreements are 100% enforceable, as good as signed paper in most jurisdictions. The only wrinkle is that if someone chooses to lie about it and deny everything, it can be hard to prove to the court that the agreement happened. Obviously that's not an issue in this case.
Have they offered refunds at all? Most of these streaming "donation" platforms do not make it easy.
they are technically enforceable but realistically unenforceable because of the aforementioned x said y y said x argument it results in. It's a headache for everyone you even seem aware of this.
As someone who are in her server and have access to those channels, yes.
Not sure if she really commission it, but considering that she's one of the most notable "tactical gun-toting" vtuber out there, the other tactical artists who dabbled in both NSFW and R-18G basically realized "hey we get the goldmine for virtual warcrimes!"
Your Honor, I apologize for interrupting the proceedings of Coomer & Coomer LLP v. Shiina Amanogawa, but I would like to present the court an example of real degeneracy.
I have made the grievous mistake, your Honor, of entering /vt/. Now, your Honor, it has been well established via precedent in this thread that /vt/ is a hive of schizophrenic delusions and villany, but despite the warnings, I saw that they had a thread on gun-themed vtubers like Sleepy Project, which is exactly my favorite kind of niche. Now, your Honor, would it not be reasonable to assume that a specific niche that isn't inherently sexual would stay at least reasonably clear of degenerate content?
Unfortunately, your Honor, I was proven very wrong. I now present the court with Exhibit A.
I had no argument, your Honor. I just wanted to show the court how I will not reenter /vt/ in the future. I rest my case, and you may now recommence with the previous civil case of Coomer & Coomer LLP v. Shiina Amanogawa.
Only the ignorant would think gun/mil-themed shit doesn't get sexualized, because god DAMN that couldn't be farther from the truth. I have to actually go out of my way and use an SFW site just to get come cool mil/gun art, otherwise I encounter an obscene amount of degenerate shit. I don't get why, but that just seems to be the case. Slightly related to this is Azehara being his usual self on twitter:
Of course, it's guns and war. I'd say that's heaven for anyone with a gore fetish.
What's fucked up is that the artist who made her does make good art but following them carries the risk of seeing shit you wish you hadn't.
Like @The Rrat gets nice art of his oshi. Cute stuff. Meanwhile my oshi doesn't get such pleasant stuff.
There isn't any common or popular inanimate object the Japanese will not moe-fy and then lewd. If it hasn't been done yet? Go search through trending Light Novels.
Honestly, the over-lewding of ships has kind of made history worse. It was cool that people were suddenly actually interested in Naval History, but... yeah... one of my Twitter feeds that had some historical type feeds on there plus a little too much anime stuff didn't survive KanColle.
Yes, the designs are great, but a horrible loss of life is not the thing I want to think about with a waifu.

They get enforced every day. They're difficult to enforce if the other party denies it and you don't have proof the agreement actually took place, such as them mentioning it at a later date, witnesses to the conversation, or a recording. Something you said in front of hundreds of viewers, for which a recording likely exists and can be got at during discovery even if the VoD was privated? Yeah no way you're going to "he said she said" your way out of that one.
