So it's typically used as having a sexual implication when talking about orcs. I assume Shiina picked this up via osmoses from friends and probably doesn't know the exact origin but she says "it's all purpose for anything sussy".

Like in Classic WoW when people had min/maxed the game to a point where they could kill a boss before it did any dangerous mechanics, the go-to strat was called "zug zug" or you "just zug". As in, just fuck it up before it can do anything. The whole "zug zug" phrase is a meme that's existed for decades and has been used as a replacement for anything braindead like fucking.

To elaborate only slightly more on the above two posts in this circumstance specifically:
Shiina did her "tag tier list" stream and had either Orcs, Elves, or both top tier. That's a popular pairing in certain types of "content" so her and chat started making implicative jokes and using the term zug zug for it. So for a while now that's been the way to make your sex/rape jokes or vocalize your general thirsting around her crowd.

And early on, when she started getting uncomfortable with things some in her community were saying, she set boundaries.

Shiina may be less explicit, but that may make it more difficult for some to realize whether she's joking or she's actually thirsting, and she seems to get this way fairly often. Her constant talking about her NSFW commissioned art and multiple mentions of "mating press" art probably doesn't help either.

Yeah, I think Shiina is like "Adult Swim" level adult humor. I think some people are making too big of a deal, like I don't think it matters at all if people posted zug zug in Airi's chat. To me Shiina's interest in lewd humor seems to fluctuate widely (cycle?) but she always likes to be in control of the chat and have it fallow her lead. She seems to expect chat to read the room, but at the same time she think's she has autism so I don't know what she's expecting.

If she actually has autism (doubt) it's unlikely she can anticipate what she's leading chat into.

To me I have 2 Shiina's, 1 a cosmic star woman with no clothes and 1 a very real woman in a oversized hoody who sits at the computer and has not been making use of her gym membership this month. It's not a bad thing exaclty, but the 2 cannot be combined. Star woman comes out for karaoke and ASMR, computer woman is for zatsu and zug zug.
