Ironically this has the aspect of the original macaroni and cheese, which is a casserole. The kraft box you buy nowadays is more of a runny liquid sauce on pasta. Architecting has indeed picked up the pace something fierce.

What's kinda sad about this is that Ember CAN cook, and quite well too
I just hope she's shitposting and not entering some kind of depression spiral where she's too sad to even enjoy food, which given Ember's obsession with food might as well be a suicide flag

Time for my own entry for the wall of shame. This is probably the worst result I've had on any of my cooking streams. It's supposed to be a red velvet chocolate cupcake, but it didn't rise, so I just kept baking it, causing the bottom to burn and the whole thing to be inedible - I took a couple nibbles from the top part and then just threw all seven of these little red hockey pucks into the bin.
I eventually realized what the problem was. The small bag of white powder that I was scooping the baking powder out of? That wasn't baking powder… that was just another bag of leftover flour. There was no baking powder in my mix at all.
The whole stream was a disaster in other ways as well. Kind of a bummer because I put a lot more effort and planning into this one than I usually do. Oh well. It was still a fun time overall.
