Looks undercooked on the inside, burnt on top, most likely a temperature control issue, or wrong position in the oven. Maybe the recipe needed a water basin in the oven to keep it moist, idk

Looks to me like she baked it in the mixing bowl, which looks like it's made of silicone or something. She essentially put a heat insulator around her cake.

I think it's cheesecake but something went terribly wrong.
True cheesecakes are very much gigantic custard pies. As such when they just about "don't look done yet" in the oven, it's time to move them the fuck out. Otherwise you risk burning the top and curdling like it happened there.
It just occurred to me that scrambled eggs (correct ones anyway) are similar.
