Are there any good yarrrr digital libraries out there one could stock up in?
I've more or less quit reading a few years ago due to personal events greatly souring the taste of the hobby, but trying to get back into it now.

Gutenberg Project has tens of thousands of copyright-free works online, for free, and you can use it to get hold of plenty of classic literature, if that's your jam.

fmhy.net is the best resource I know of for piracy related tools. Annas-archive and using/learning IRC to dl from the chatbots there are great. The biggest issue I've run into is finding good book recommendations

I'm really tired of the flip flopping from commies between "death of the author" and "media literacy". They'll argue "death of the author" when they purposely misinterpret an author's work that goes against their ideology. Then they'll argue that people are failing at "media literacy" for disliking the work of an author that agrees with their ideology.

Fun trivia: This is the 2nd time Trash Taste podcast brought Hasan into the show as guest.

His first appearance is back in April Fools 2023 (#145) and at the time the reaction were a bit... milquetoast and definitely not like his newest guest appearances right now.
